Mushroom Manchurian can be served as an appetizer, snack or as a side with fried rice or noodle. I have used button mushroom, and this is one of the famous dishes in any restaurant. Button mushroom coated in a thick batter and deep-fried and then mixed with Manchurian sauce. Mushroom is a very soft and delicate vegetable which cooks really fast, so cooking time is very less for mushroom.

Tips to make perfect Mushroom Manchurian:
If the mushroom is small, then use the full mushroom.
I have used light soy sauce if you want more colour then add dark soy sauce.
Adding sugar is optional.
You can add capsicum while adding onions and spring onions for more flavour.
Adjust pepper powder according to your preference.
