Tips to make perfect Ragi Pakoda:
Do not add too much water to make a dough.
You can even add fried gram while preparing the dough.
This tastes good when served hot.
Here is the step by step process:
Take 1 ½ cups of ragi flour in a bowl. Now add 1 tbsp rice flour.
Then add salt to taste, 1 onion (finely chopped),
Then add 2 sprigs curry leaves, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1 green chilli finely chopped, 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
Now mix everything well by adding water little by little. The dough should not be too wet.
Pakoda dough is ready to fry. Take some oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, take the prepared dough and add small pieces in the oil. Cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
