Always look for Genuine UMF Manuka Honey. UMF is Unique Manuka Factor; it helps to measure antibacterial strength of Manuka. Manuka Honey graded from UMF 0 -30.

Never buy Manuka if does not mention UMF on the label. If Manuka is sold without UMF rating on the label then it is not the genuine product.

  • The minimum UMF rating is UMF5 but it is not considered to be beneficial.
  • UMF10 to UMF15 rating is good level.
  • UMF16 and above is considered to be super beneficial.
